* Until 200 AM EDT.

* At 114 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Wilmington,
moving northeast at 65 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to
mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

* Locations impacted include...
Paintersville, Interstate 71 at State Route 38, East Monroe,
Rosemoor, Samantha, Lees Creek, Madison Mills, Highland Holiday,
Gladstone, Martinsville, Hilliard, Morrisville, New Holland,
Highland County Airport, Orient, South Solon, Jasper Mills,
Russell, Midland, and Reesville.

This includes the following Interstates...
I-70 in Ohio between mile markers 71 and 93.
I-71 in Ohio between mile markers 51 and 93.

Information:
Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton
and Robertson, and the following counties, in Ohio, Adams,
Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton,
Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton,
Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami,
Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union

* WHEN...Through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Soils remain moist and excessive runoff may result in
flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and
flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Multiple rounds of rain will occur into the weekend with the
heaviest rain expect Thursday night into Friday morning and
then again Saturday into Saturday night.

Information:
People in the watch area, especially those living in areas prone to
flooding, should be prepared to take action should flooding develop.
